Mumtaz, a chartered accountant from Cape Town living in London speaks to Lindo on the How’s Your Heart? Podcast about Growing Up Coloured and Racism in SA.

After 30 years of democracy, what is the plight of a Coloured person in South Africa?  Join Lindo of How’s Your Heart? Podcast with her guest Mumtaz who is a Chartered Accountant from Cape Town living and working in London UK.

Born around the dawn of South Africa’s democracy to an Indian mother and Coloured father, Mumtaz identifies as Coloured.  She talks about Growing Up Coloured and her experiences of dealing with racism, as she shares some interesting views on race, culture and faith amongst the Coloured Community in South Africa.

Lindo who is also an expat South African CA(SA) based in London has a great range of topics on her How’s Your Heart? Podcast that mostly include cultural and social issues.

Mumtaz has also started a Youtube Podcast  called Mumtaz Unfiltered which for now only has two videos but which we hope she will grow.
