(Sometimes, a news story is so far out of the ordinary that you wonder what kind of person would do such a thing. Well, this news report which surfaced recently had us eliminating any chances that the guy involved was a Bruinou…read on for the reasons why we say the hero of this story couldn’t possibly be a Bruinou – Ed 😉 )
Islamorada, Florida – A dog is recovering after his owner dived in to save him from a shark.
Greg LeNoir said he took his 6.3kg rat terrier Jake for a daily swim at a marina, when the 1,5m shark suddenly surfaced and grabbed nearly the dog in its mouth.
LeNoir said he yelled, then balled up his fists and dived head-first into the water. He hit the shark on the back and it finally let go of the dog.
Man and dog made it safely back to shore.
The dog has bite wounds, but it is not critically injured. – Sapa-AP
Here’s how we know the person involved could not possibly be a Bruinou:
- 1. We
dont even know what a rat terrier is let alone own one. - 2. We
dont name our dogs people names like Jake only wit-ous do things like
that. - 3. Daily
swim we dont even go for a daily swim let alone take our dog
with. - 4. We
would never fight with a shark for ANY reason let alone for a rat terrier that
we wouldnt even own. - 5. The dog
is recovering meaning the dog has been sent for treatment Bruinous are battling to pay our
own medical bills let alone send the dog. - 6. What
would a Bruinou be doing at a Marina? - 7. I can
just picture this man hitting the shark with clenched fists on its back
screaming Leave my Jake alone. - 8. There
were no shout-outs in the article.
