This Heritage Day The Tribute to Dr. Boogie Club & Milecante Reunion on 24 September at Club Letrax in Pacaltsdorp on the Garden Route is not just an Old School Jol.
It is the kickstart of a Heritage Fundraising Project called Urban Unsung and will be partly filmed for an online series of short documentaries chronicling Unsung Legends who have made an impact on Local Pop Culture but are not acknowledged by mainstream media.
The first episode profiles Andre Pearce aka Dr. Boogie who sadly passed away in 2014 and is intended to launch next year 2024 on the commemoration of his birthday 20 March.
Hosted by Uncle Cal, the Tribute to Dr Boogie event at Club Letrax in Pacaltsdorp on Heritage
Day 24 September 2023 features Theo Watt (ex Rockets), Fanatics SA, DJ Nigel, DJ Ice, as
well as DJ Graham who will have a karaoke session on the side.
The next day is a Public Holiday and those who wish to travel to George for the weekend can

arranged for the event.
The Tribute to Dr Boogie Event at Club Letrax in Pacaltsdorp on 24 September runs from 4pm
till late.
