Yet, as a practicing Catholic, I’ve often encountered questions like, “How can you celebrate such an evil day?” My response has always been, “I don’t celebrate Halloween; I have fun on Halloween and encourage everyone to do so.” This response is rooted in research and my commitment to creating a safe environment, ensuring that the context of any celebration is built on a foundation of positivity.
